Graham W led this moderate circular walk of approximately 6 miles starting and ending at the Nelsons Pit Nature Reserve car park in Higher Poynton. The walk followed the Macclesfield Canal for a short distance before joining a country lane leading to the West Lodge gates of Lyme Park. The walk ended with a quick drink at the Boar’s Head Pub.
