Description
Walk from Disley village along the fringes of National Trust Lyme Park and then into the park for some great views before taking a secluded, wooded walk back. The walk is well within the ability range of most members. The walk is about 5 miles with small amounts of ascent and descent. There is a chance of seeing red deer on the parkland part of the walk.
Please bring your lunch with you as we will stop before reaching any food and drink opportunities. Later we can stop on request for hot/cold drinks or ice cream! Please bring adequate footwear. If it does decide to rain again there could be some slightly muddy sections.
We can enjoy a drink in the beer garden at the pub at the end of the walk.
