Out on Sunday’s 2025 AGM: 19th January 2026
The Holiday Inn was once again the venue where 22 Out on Sunday members gathered for our AGM. There was a review of 2025 followed by the setting of our 2026 walks programme with 30 walks offered.
Shrewsbury was chosen for our weekend away which will take place between 18th and 20th September 2026 with Michael B and Cliff B as our organisers.
With Geraint stepping down as our Chair and David R and Linda also deciding to leave a new committee was chosen.
There was a vote of thanks to Geraint for his commitment and contribution to Out on Sunday as our Chair for the last 4 years.
After the meeting we held a well earned ‘Social’ in the hotel’s Lobby Bar.
Moses Gate: 25 January 2026
Thanks to David Rhodes for leading this afternoon’s 7 mile, circular walk from Moses Gate Country Park. A great turnout of 16 walkers (including 4 new walkers😊), enjoyed a lovely, winter’s afternoon walk. Good company and great chat. Patrick P.
