NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2022 – OUT ON SUNDAY

The Annual General Meeting of Out on Sunday Walking Group
will now be held at the
Holiday Inn Hotel, 25 Aytoun Street, Manchester M1 3AE
on Monday 31 January 2022 at 7.00pm
Our first AGM is only a couple of weeks away and it represents a major opportunity for you to contribute to the way Out on Sunday is organised and run. Whether it is by standing for the committee, putting forward items for discussion or simply asking questions. So put the date in your diaries!
We would like as many members as possible to attend and vote at the AGM so that plans and arrangements reflect as broad a range of members’ opinion as possible. Some items are on the agenda because the Constitution gives members a specific role. In other cases they are there because the Committee feels you should be involved. Attached are some notes* which may be useful, especially if you have not attended an AGM before. Here are some key dates and deadlines for the meeting.
