This was the maiden walk of Andy R in the beautiful setting of Rudyard Lake just over the Staffordshire border with Cheshire. Sixteen walkers enjoyed the historic scenery and informative commentary provided by the walk leader. The Spring weather was excellent and the chat flowed freely, especially at the walk’s end where everyone retired to the hotel for a post-walk drink.
