Tatton Park has become the traditional closing walk of our annual programme, and this year is no exception. It is an easy six mile walk through parkland and along established pathways. David R led us as we began at the Knutsford Entrance following a route alongside Beech Wood; then headed for the Mansion where we had our lunch break in the stables courtyard.  Our return route took us along the eastern shore of Tatton Mere passing the location of the tree planted in memory of Derek Hurst. The walk ended in Knutsford town centre where there are several pubs and cafes for post-walk refreshment.
