Walk details : This is a lovely easy 5 mile (8 Km) walk. Starting from Brereton Heath Country Park the route descends into the attractive valley of the meandering River Dane and continues on to the small and secluded village of Swettenham. Our path takes us on a circuit through the picturesque countryside surrounding the village before retracing our steps to the start. Two thirds of the way round the walk we will take our refreshments by a beautiful country church. We will also have the opportunity to visit The Swettenham Arms pub before our return to the car park.
